About the position
The Field Installer Senior position at Climatec, LLC involves overseeing the installation of various construction projects in the Fuquay Varina and RDU areas. This role requires a highly experienced individual who can manage installations to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The position also includes providing guidance to junior team members and collaborating with project managers and engineers to execute installations efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation of various construction projects in the Fuquay Varina and RDU areas.
- Ensure that all installations are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure efficient execution of installations.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
- Maintain accurate records of all installations and provide regular progress reports to project managers.
- Utilize strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools to oversee installations.
- Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in construction installation.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel when required.
Nice-to-haves
- 10+ years of experience in construction installation.
- Experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
- Professional certification in construction management or related field.
- Ability to perform take-off on project plans for installation crews.
