This role is crucial for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The manager will coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors, while also providing guidance and support to field staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee field operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Develop and maintain project schedules, including resource allocation and task assignments
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project implementation
• Provide guidance and support to field staff, including training and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management or field operations management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
