About the position

The Bilingual Field Manager at Premier Home Improvement Company is responsible for overseeing residential roofing projects, ensuring they meet company and industry standards. This role requires strong field management experience and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. The Field Manager will work closely with installers, manage material orders, and conduct final walkthroughs with homeowners to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist with reviewing material purchase orders and installation bills.
• Assist with roof measurements to prepare purchase orders for material orders, ensuring projects meet company viability criteria.
• Address and resolve any issues that may arise during installation by troubleshooting and working closely with installers.
• Conduct final walkthroughs with homeowners to ensure projects meet both company and industry standards.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with installers.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 7-10+ years of Roofing/Field Management experience.
