The Field Marketer position at Panamera Painting is a part-time, contract role designed for individuals who are enthusiastic about sales and enjoy engaging with people. Responsibilities
- Knock on doors in assigned areas to introduce homeowners to our services and offer free quotes.
- Set appointments for interested homeowners and lock in leads.
- Engage homeowners using charisma and communication skills to uncover their needs.
- Log leads quickly and accurately into our system to maximize earnings.
- Represent Panamera with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a love for talking to people.
- High energy, positive attitude, and competitive drive.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and reliability.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
- Availability Monday-Friday during evening hours.
Nice-to-haves
