About the position

The Field Marketing and Partnerships Manager at Agile Retail is responsible for leading strategic marketing initiatives and partnerships with various venues, including bars and retail locations. This role focuses on enhancing brand visibility and driving product promotions through effective relationship management and on-the-ground marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage partnerships with venue owners and managers to drive product promotions and brand activations.
  • Coordinate and implement field marketing programs and promotional activities across various venues.
  • Work with the marketing team to design and execute tailored campaigns for local target audiences.
  • Plan, organize, and execute promotional events, tastings, and product launches in collaboration with venue operators.
  • Analyze market trends and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and adjust campaigns accordingly.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for field marketing inquiries, maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.
  • Track performance of marketing initiatives and provide regular updates on ROI and engagement levels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in field marketing, partnerships, or business development, preferably in hospitality, retail, or entertainment.
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships with bars, casinos, and retail locations.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to drive brand growth.
  • Proficient in MS Office and marketing tools.

  • Experience in event planning or promotions within hospitality or retail sectors.
