The Field Marketing Assistant at Hero Practice Services plays a crucial role in building relationships with community partners and educating the public about the importance of dental, vision, and orthodontic care. This position is focused on outreach and grassroots marketing initiatives to increase the patient base for practices serving underserved communities. The role involves significant travel and requires strong communication and sales skills.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with community partners.
- Understand the necessary effort to attain the monthly quota of new patients.
- Educate members of our communities on the importance of dental, vision, and orthodontic care within an assigned region.
- Create a larger patient base for our practices through community programs, outreach, and grassroots marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Sales experience with demonstrative examples of cold calling, quota attainment, and communication persistence.
- Proficient at using Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365.
- Ability to travel within surrounding communities and regional practices on a regular basis, approximately 60% travel.
Nice-to-haves
- Proven ability to administer community events by successfully managing patient flow and high-quality service.
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills including excellent written communication and speaking ability.
- Experience in public speaking and implementation of community programs for those in need.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
