About the position

The Field Marketing Brand Ambassador at OneHealth is a full-time role focused on building brand awareness and generating new business leads through networking and event representation. The ambassador will actively engage with potential clients and partners, promoting OneHealth's health plan solutions while maintaining a flexible work schedule and the ability to work from home.

Responsibilities

  • Represent OneHealth at events, meetings, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate new business leads.
  • Source your own events, conduct follow-up networking 1-on-1 meetings, and eventually host events of your own.
  • Track networking expenses for reimbursement.
  • Achieve and surpass lead generation goals by delivering high-quality, qualified leads that align with our criteria.
  • Communicate OneHealth's value proposition, highlighting the key benefits of our health plans and other insurance benefits.
  • Identify and cultivate leads to pass on to the sales team for further engagement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, insurance brokers, and other referral sources or partners.
  • Identify prospects for our individual health plan and guide them to complete an online quote or schedule a meeting with a sales rep.
  • Identify prospects for our small business benefits solutions and encourage them to schedule a meeting with our sales team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and brand strategies.
  • Maintain records of networking activities and opportunities generated.

Requirements

  • Experience networking in a business environment.
  • Energetic, outgoing, and approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Comfort with networking and building relationships in diverse settings.
  • Ability to articulate OneHealth's offerings and value to potential clients.
  • Self-starter who is comfortable attending events independently.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in using CRM software.
  • Must have a reliable car for traveling to events and meetings.
  • Quick learner who can adapt on the fly.
  • Confident speaker with a dynamic personality.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in health insurance is a plus but not required.
  • Experience in employee benefits is a plus but not required.
  • Experience in marketing is a plus but not required.
