About the position

Re-Bath, the Nation's Largest Bathroom Remodeling Company, is seeking a part-time Field Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Riverside, CA. This role is essential in promoting our products and services at local Lowe's retail locations. The Field Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for educating retail team members about our offerings and driving lead generation during various events. The position requires a friendly and outgoing personality, as well as a willingness to learn and engage with customers about their remodeling needs. Full training will be provided to ensure success in this role. The Field Marketing Coordinator will spend a significant amount of time visiting local Lowe's stores, participating in store events, and speaking to groups of retail associates during product knowledge meetings. This role also involves coordinating and scheduling these meetings, as well as directly engaging with customers to discuss their interests in bathroom remodeling. Building and maintaining strong partnerships with store and department managers is crucial for driving lead generation and ensuring the success of marketing initiatives. The expected working hours for this position are approximately 20 to 28 hours per week, primarily on Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, between 8 am and 3 pm. Candidates should be prepared to lift up to 30 lbs as part of their responsibilities. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $19.00 to $21.00, along with paid training and necessary tools for the job, including company shirts and great office support.

Responsibilities

  • Visit local Lowe's stores for store events.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (preferred).
  • 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
  • Valid Driver's License (required).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, social media, and digital devices.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Punctual and detail-oriented.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs.
