About the position

The Field Marketing Coordinator will act as a liaison between the marketing team and the US sales team, overseeing daily marketing operations for brands such as Four Loko, Pirate Water, and Mamitas. This role involves developing and implementing marketing programs, building brand awareness, and identifying opportunities for brand growth in key markets.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Marketing and Sales teams to drive brand awareness in key markets.
  • Establish relationships with distributor representatives and work with key accounts through distributor cooperation.
  • Develop innovative marketing programs that target sales goals and engage consumers.
  • Collaborate with brand marketing to create marketing collateral such as POS and creative materials.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing plans and identify new opportunities in the market.
  • Stay updated on cultural and consumer trends to inform market programming.
  • Work with marketing team and agencies to develop and execute festival sponsorships and activations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university.
  • 2-4 years of related experience and/or training.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to make prompt, sound decisions based on complex analysis.
  • Willingness to embrace change and implement new ideas.
  • Ability to foster teamwork toward common objectives.
  • Strong work ethic with a brand-centric focus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Hootsuite, Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, and Google Analytics.
