Sodexo Campus Dining is seeking an on-site Field Marketing Coordinator for our longstanding account at St. Louis University located in St. Louis, MO. This position is integral to the marketing team, which collaborates closely with operations to develop innovative marketing strategies that enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction in student dining. The Field Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for creating, executing, and evaluating a comprehensive marketing, communications, and public relations program aimed at enhancing University Dining's image, market position, and public perception. The role involves maintaining a cohesive visual identity for University Dining across various platforms, including print materials, social media, websites, logos, and brochures. While graphic design skills are not necessary, the candidate must ensure that the desired image and position of University Dining are clearly articulated and consistently communicated across all channels, both internal and external. Additionally, the Field Marketing Coordinator will conduct relevant market research focused on engaging students within the university environment, coordinate activities to monitor industry trends, and implement strategies for optimization. This position requires a solid marketing specialist with a minimum of 2-3 years of full-time marketing experience, preferably in the food service sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong creativity, marketing strategy, analytical, organizational, and sales skills, and will be committed to collaborative work in cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will also have experience in designing and implementing an annual marketing, communications, and public relations plan, stay updated with current trends in the hospitality, food service, and educational industries, and demonstrate success in delivering effective presentations.
