About the position

Norton Business Group Inc is seeking a dedicated and strategic Field Marketing Coordinator focused on the Sport Clips brand. In this role, you will work closely with our store locations and managers to establish local marketing opportunities aimed at attracting new clients and boosting store sales. Your expertise in local marketing, combined with effective communication with various businesses, will be crucial in driving the growth and success of each store. You will be responsible for Business-to-Business marketing, overseeing social media initiatives, and managing all marketing-related projects and events. Your goal will be to ensure that overall marketing operations run smoothly and contribute to the business's growth. As a Field Marketing Coordinator, you will create unique and strategic local marketing plans tailored for each store location. This involves visiting local businesses to build relationships and deliver marketing materials such as coupons. You will track all marketing efforts and provide metric reports to assess effectiveness. Additionally, you will work on enhancing the social media presence of the stores by analyzing engagement metrics and regularly participating in community and marketing events. Communication with store managers will be essential as you coordinate local events and opportunities, support managers with their social media and marketing efforts, and oversee marketing initiatives for store Grand Openings. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing creative marketing ideas to drive more clients into the stores, particularly in the Central Indiana area during the first eight weeks and in the Mishawaka/Granger area in the following weeks, with hotel accommodations provided for travel. The position requires a commitment to working field days from Monday to Thursday and office days on Fridays, with additional car and gas compensation provided monthly, along with opportunities for monthly redemption bonuses.

Responsibilities

  • Create a unique and strategic local marketing plan for each store location.
  • Visit and build relationships with local businesses to deliver coupons & other marketing material.
  • Track all efforts and provide metric reports.
  • Grow social media presence by tracking and analysing engagement.
  • Regularly seek out and participate in community and marketing events.
  • Communicate to managers about marketing efforts and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with managers on local events and opportunities.
  • Help and support managers with all social media and marketing efforts.
  • Oversee marketing efforts for store Grand Openings.
  • Develop and implement creative marketing ideas to drive more clients into the stores.

Requirements

  • 1 year of marketing experience (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO.
  • Experience in B2B marketing.
