About the position

The Field Marketing Events Manager is responsible for managing the full-cycle event strategy for key business initiatives, including partner events and trade shows. This role involves logistics, attendee engagement, budget management, and post-event reporting, while also establishing best practices for field marketing events. The manager will collaborate with internal teams and channel partners to enhance event experiences and drive customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle event strategy, including logistics, attendee engagement, booth optimization, budget management, and post-event reporting for key business initiatives.
  • Establish and lead best practices for field marketing events, including selection, prioritization, management, and execution.
  • Collaborate with the Partnerships team to identify and explore potential channel partnerships to drive new customer acquisition and revenue.
  • Build strong relationships with Channel Partners through consistent communication and on-site event professionalism.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance event experiences, meet product marketing goals, and deliver outstanding attendee experiences.
  • Apply strong project management, documentation, analytics, and reporting skills.
  • Work effectively within a small team environment while managing all field event responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional marketing experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in building, executing, and scaling field marketing events from concept to completion.
  • Passion for the event marketing space with the ability to articulate emerging trends and provide thought leadership on field marketing tactics.
  • Strong attention to detail, exemplary project management skills, and solution-oriented.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
