About the position

The Field Marketing Manager for the Caribbean and Central America is responsible for planning, growing, and managing product categories through various sales and marketing functions. This role requires maintaining cooperative relationships with both internal and external customers while serving as the primary contact for the sales force on key product categories. The position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives and support new product launches.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert and primary contact for the sales force on Power Tool Accessories, Hand Tools, Storage, PPE, and critical Power Tool Categories.
  • Participate in key customer presentations, line reviews, editorial visits/interviews, trade shows, and other industry events to promote the categories.
  • Develop a detailed target account list and strategic plan for each account in collaboration with Industrial Channel sales and Jobsite Solutions.
  • Lead and interact with various cross-functional teams to collaborate and deliver on sales objectives.
  • Analyze and interpret data from sales initiatives and report findings to senior management.
  • Work collaboratively with National Account Managers, Sales Leadership, and Marketing to develop meaningful resources for the field.
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop comprehensive commercial plans to support new product launches, including training modules and promotional strategies.
  • Maintain an up-to-date opportunity funnel that aligns with overall category goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related area.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Marketing/Sales roles.
  • Strong analytic, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated track record of achievements in progressively responsible positions.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
