Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Field Marketing Manager to join our Abiomed Team, covering the Atlantic and Central region in the United States. This position is open to remote candidates. This individual is accountable for driving consistent execution of our US field team playbook, with particular focus on CORE tactics and clinical messaging. Key responsibilities include effectively creating and disseminating marketing content and messages to field members, ensuring they have the necessary information and tools to successfully represent Abiomed's products and therapies. The role requires regular travel to field locations to empower, support, and inspect field teams, fostering strong relationships and alignment with corporate goals and initiatives. The Field Marketing Manager will serve as a liaison between the franchise team and corporate support structure, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among teams. Participation in Zone, Region, and RCM calls is essential, providing insights and updates on marketing initiatives and field activities. Continuous evaluation of the effectiveness of marketing initiatives is crucial, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and sales, is necessary to develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for the field. The manager will also collaborate with training to ensure all new US field hires are trained consistently on our CORE playbook and clinical messaging. Staying current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights will inform field marketing strategies and drive decision-making. Gaining in-depth knowledge and expertise in CORE tactics is expected, continuously updating skills based on field needs and developments. Additionally, the role involves driving the implementation of IT tools to support our CORE playbook, such as Salesforce and Tableau.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in field marketing or sales support in the cardiology or cardiac surgery medical device industry.
  • Proven track record of driving successful field marketing initiatives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and collaboration in line with Abiomed's Patients First culture.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
