About the position

The Field Marketing Manager at Raising Cane's is responsible for leading and directing the Business Unit Team to implement localized marketing strategies that align with the company's brand standards and objectives. This role focuses on supporting restaurants through effective marketing initiatives, enhancing brand loyalty, and driving customer traffic. The manager will collaborate with various stakeholders to evaluate marketing readiness, train new operators, and ensure adherence to brand philosophies while measuring the effectiveness of marketing plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Business Unit Team to set priorities and goals aligned with company objectives.
• Collaborate with Business Unit leaders to evaluate marketing readiness of each restaurant.
• Train new operators on the Restaurant Marketing System and ongoing marketing initiatives.
• Enforce Raising Cane's brand standards and marketing philosophies.
• Develop and execute business unit marketing plans with specific objectives.
• Measure the effectiveness of marketing plans using ROI methodologies and recommend adjustments.
• Participate in ongoing training of new and existing marketing programs.
• Identify support needs for restaurants to inform RSO projects and priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required (preferably in Marketing & Communications) or relevant experience in a field marketing role.
• 3-5 years of marketing experience required.
• Field marketing experience in a multi-unit restaurant or retail environment.
• Knowledge and experience working with media and sponsorships, including relationship management and contract negotiation.
• Possess a valid driver's license.
• General knowledge of core marketing concepts and competencies.
• Operational mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong brand and financial acumen.
• Expert time management and project organizational skills.
