About the position
The Field Marketing Manager for Home Instead is responsible for executing marketing strategies to build community relationships and generate client leads in the senior care industry. This role involves working both in the field and from home, focusing on increasing brand visibility and fostering referral partnerships within the community.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement field marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Meet weekly, monthly and annual contact goals with referral partners.
- Successfully build referral relationships with community partners that lead to meaningful client leads.
- Manage a portfolio of potential new client leads including documenting follow-up contacts.
- Participate in a 6-week rotation of 'on call' duty to manage after-hour and weekend new client inquiries.
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a field marketing or similar role in or adjacent to the senior care industry.
- Personable and empathetic demeanor.
