About the position

The Field Marketing Manager is a dynamic role responsible for managing local, regional, and national marketing strategies to enhance engagement with real estate agents. This position serves as the primary liaison between the in-house agency and local operations, ensuring the effective implementation of marketing plans and initiatives that align with the Company's Agent Value Proposition. The role involves direct support to real estate agents, overseeing marketing teams, and coordinating marketing efforts to drive results in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an account manager within the in-house agency structure, interfacing with senior team members and leadership.
  • Develop and implement local marketing plans and objectives in support of real estate agents.
  • Provide direct orientation and assistance to real estate agents and company staff on marketing programs and resources.
  • Maintain a significant presence in local sales offices and present at meetings.
  • Communicate the Coldwell Banker luxury marketing program and provide local support as needed.
  • Select, supervise, and develop direct report marketing support team members at branch office locations.
  • Coordinate the development and execution of the company's marketing plan, including advertising strategies and tactical implementation.
  • Prepare and disseminate communications regarding promotional launches and marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct research and analysis on competing brokerages to identify opportunities.
  • Participate in VIP recruiting and business development opportunities with local senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
  • Real estate License is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of multi-channel marketing experience in a medium/large professional services company.
  • 2 years of team lead experience at a management level or higher.
  • Agency experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience with new and social media, online, and traditional advertising.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong strategic listening skills.
  • Polished public speaking skills and capability to deliver professional presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a minimally supervised, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency with design applications, including Adobe Creative Cloud Apps.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in real estate marketing.
  • Familiarity with project management systems and CRM systems.
