About the position

The Field Marketing Manager for North America at Contentstack is responsible for driving and executing regional and event-based marketing programs aimed at building brand awareness, generating demand, and supporting pipeline acceleration. This role involves close collaboration with sales and marketing teams to develop tailored strategies that resonate with key customer segments and industry verticals, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement strategic marketing programs tailored to regional markets, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and sales goals.
  • Plan, execute, and manage all aspects of field events including conferences, trade shows, workshops, and Contentstack-hosted events to enhance brand visibility and engage potential customers.
  • Partner with regional sales leaders to align marketing initiatives with sales priorities, creating a cohesive approach to lead generation and pipeline acceleration.
  • Drive MQO (Marketing Qualified Opportunity) growth through multi-channel field programs, including webinars, in-person events, ABM (Account-Based Marketing) tactics, and strategic partnerships.
  • Manage third-party vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure that projects remain on budget and on schedule.
  • Measure the success of field marketing initiatives by tracking key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, pipeline impact, and ROI. Use data insights to inform and improve future programs.
  • Gather market and competitive insights through field interactions to help inform overall marketing and product strategies.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or related roles, preferably within B2B SaaS or tech industry.
  • Proven success in creating and executing field marketing programs that drive revenue and brand growth.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Demandbase.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20-30% of the time.
