About the position

The Field Marketing Manager (FMM) at Netskope is a pivotal role within the marketing team, focusing on developing and executing impactful field marketing strategies that align with business objectives. This position is responsible for planning and executing regional events and campaigns, managing logistics, and driving metrics such as Pipeline on Investment (POI) and deal progression. The FMM will work closely with the North West Regional Sales and Business Development team to implement strategic marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate marketing goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute field marketing plans to support business objectives including pipeline generation, new logo acquisition, and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to craft tailored programs for high-value prospects.
  • Develop and foster channel and alliance partnerships to expand our reach.
  • Ensure regional alignment with corporate marketing strategies and goals.
  • Act as the key bridge between field sales needs and headquarters to create synergy and drive impactful results.
  • Plan and execute a variety of events, including conferences, virtual events, and executive experiences to engage prospects and customers.
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, budgeting, promotion, registration, and post-event follow-up.
  • Measure and analyze the performance of field marketing programs and events, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing or related marketing role.
  • Strong familiarity with sales and marketing operations, including dashboard reporting and key campaign metrics.
  • Experience with relevant software applications including Salesforce, Marketo, MS Office, Google Suite and other business software preferred.
  • Experience with project management, particularly cross-functional projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
