About the position

The Field Marketing Manager at Crowdbotics is responsible for leading and executing the company's participation in third-party events and trade shows. This role encompasses event planning, execution, and follow-through, as well as managing social media, email communications, and light creative work. The ideal candidate will leverage CRM and ABM tools to optimize marketing efforts and ensure effective stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and post-event follow-up for Crowdbotics' participation in third-party conferences, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Handle all aspects of trade show sponsorships, including booth setup, budgeting, staff management, contract negotiations, and post-event reporting.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute event-related content and campaigns for email, social media, and external collateral.
  • Contribute to various marketing initiatives during downtime between events, including email communications and social media management.
  • Work with content marketers to push event campaigns through HubSpot.
  • Engage partners/audiences on social media with direction from marketing management.
  • Liaise confidently with external stakeholders, vendors, and event organizers to negotiate contracts and manage relationships.
  • Use and manage tools such as HubSpot, ABM platforms, design tools, and project management platforms to optimize event and marketing efforts.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of event performance, sponsorship ROI, and recommendations for future improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in event coordination and field marketing, with a focus on third-party events, trade shows, and sponsorships.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce) and ABM tools (6Sense, DemandBase) is strongly preferred.
  • Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
  • Proficiency with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday, or Notion.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Experience with social media management.
  • Understanding and ability to utilize campaign integration systems via platforms like HubSpot.
  • Ability to manage multiple events/projects simultaneously with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel once a quarter for major trade events.
