About the position

The Field Marketing Manager at Teleperformance is responsible for leading strategic field marketing initiatives aimed at enterprise and upper mid-market accounts. This role focuses on driving brand awareness, pipeline growth, and revenue through high-impact events and account-based marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in executing executive-level events and will work closely with various teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness in marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Drive field marketing efforts that build brand awareness, influence pipeline growth, and accelerate revenue.
  • Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of high-touch events including executive roundtables and industry conference activations.
  • Implement an account-based marketing (ABM) approach to ensure precise targeting and personalized engagement for key accounts.
  • Partner with integrated marketing, business development, and customer success teams for strategic alignment and seamless hand-offs.
  • Craft compelling event narratives and content that resonate with C-suite and senior-level attendees.
  • Manage budgets and resources efficiently for high-impact initiatives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing strategies aligned with revenue and ABM goals.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of field marketing experience with a focus on high-touch, executive-level events.
  • Strong understanding of ABM strategies and revenue marketing practices in B2B settings.
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing events that drive awareness and revenue.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Creative approach to designing memorable experiences for executive audiences.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the business process outsourcing, professional services, or B2B technology industries.
  • Proficiency with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo).
  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting to track event effectiveness.
