About the position

The Field Marketing Manager at Fourth is a Demand Generation Specialist role focused on B2B SAAS marketing. This position is responsible for driving integrated regional marketing campaigns, optimizing multi-channel digital and event-based strategies to generate quality leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving commercial goals. The role requires a blend of creativity, planning, and leadership to effectively launch marketing demand generation programs.

Responsibilities

  • Drive fully integrated regional marketing campaigns and programs that are proactive, innovative, and cost-effective.
  • Execute tactics to attract prospects and guide them through the conversion funnel.
  • Create, adapt, and optimize multi-channel digital and event-based campaigns to generate quality leads.
  • Run a demand generation machine and lead nurturing engine with measurable, repeatable processes.
  • Support the implementation of systems, tools, and technology required for marketing efforts.
  • Analyze data and the buyer journey to optimize touchpoints and maximize conversions.
  • Collaborate with Communications and Events teams to leverage PR and brand-building activities in digital marketing.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing activities support commercial goals in both the UK and US.
  • Coordinate with the UK Marketing Team to optimize field marketing activities with marketing content.
  • Develop and communicate a campaign schedule and report on campaign success.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of B2B demand generation experience in a SAAS organization.
  • Experience targeting various Buyer Personas, including C-level Executives and mid-level growth hospitality companies.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels such as SEM, SEO, display advertising, PPC, webinars, email, and social media.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation software, specifically Pardot.
  • Experience in analyzing data and optimizing marketing processes for lead generation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with CRM systems like SalesForce.com.
  • Content Management System (CMS) experience.
  • Event marketing and coordination experience.
  • Experience in content marketing development for demand generation programs, including videos and white papers.
