About the position

The Field Marketing Manager at Renewal by Andersen is responsible for developing and implementing non-traditional marketing strategies to generate leads and drive sales in the Capital Region and Northern Virginia. This role involves collaboration with various teams, training staff, analyzing marketing effectiveness, and managing a team of Non-Traditional Marketing Managers. The position emphasizes the importance of understanding the customer experience across all aspects of the retail operation.

Responsibilities

  • Define and promote effective methods for lead qualification and train teams accordingly.
  • Ensure effective training of employees and outsourced personnel in various marketing strategies.
  • Assess lead generation effectiveness and provide coaching on best practices to local marketing leadership.
  • Analyze trends in lead generation and recommend corrective actions to maximize sales.
  • Manage and provide feedback to direct reporting staff, including hiring and performance management.
  • Resolve conflicts between corporate departments and field locations.
  • Understand the impact of retail operations on customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business; MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of five years in sales and marketing, with at least three years in direct-to-homeowner sales.
  • Understanding of event or door-to-door marketing as lead generation tools.
  • Ability to work semi-autonomously and influence marketing tactics.
  • Availability to travel 10% to RbA locations nationwide.
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong presentation and writing skills.
