About the position

The Field Marketing Manager at Momentum Solar is responsible for leading field marketing efforts and driving the growth of lead generation in assigned territories. This role involves strategic planning, team development, and collaboration across the organization to ensure the success of marketing initiatives and the overall performance of the team.

Responsibilities

• Teach, train, and develop team members.
• Develop and implement plans that grow lead generation volume and positive outcomes.
• Create or refine systems to support objectives.

• Manage team to KPIs and objectives.

• Local travel as necessary.

Requirements

• 2+ years of canvassing or door-to-door sales experience.
• Leadership experience with a passion for coaching, training, and motivating others.
• Strong understanding of in-person scheduling techniques.
• A professional presence.
• Experience creating systems that drive new agent development.
• Experience growing and scaling teams.
• Understanding of recruiting best practices.
