About the position

The Field Marketing Manager at Emarsys serves as a crucial link between the global marketing team and the regional market. This role involves taking ownership of field marketing programs from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with global strategies while addressing local needs. The manager will act as a regional brand ambassador, keeping local teams informed about marketing activities and relaying key findings back to the global team.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Global Head of Field Marketing to define and implement a region-specific marketing plan in alignment with global strategy.
  • Define local marketing goals and KPIs.
  • Utilize omnichannel marketing best practices.
  • Track marketing campaigns and determine their success.
  • Prepare and present reports on campaign success and deliverables.
  • Evaluate and analyze marketing programs and sales pipeline to make informed decisions on impactful programs.
  • Collaborate with sales management and regional directors to create quarterly territory plans that generate market awareness and drive leads.
  • Lead campaign efforts through earned, owned, and paid media strategies to achieve account and territory goals.
  • Work with marketing peers to build campaign materials including landing pages, emails, and automation for effective sales qualification.
  • Serve as the go-to resource for territory managers and prepare regular communications to ensure campaign alignment and execution.
  • Develop co-branded marketing activities with in-territory partners to uncover joint sales opportunities.
  • Identify and execute regional events that support marketing goals across various audiences.
  • Allocate and track the assigned budget for the region and monitor all expenditures.
  • Provide feedback to global marketing about regional and cultural requirements.
  • Support localization and review of marketing materials as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Communication, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital media, marketing, or event management.
  • Strong understanding of email, social media, mobile marketing, and Marketing Automation.
  • Experience in organizing events.
  • Meticulous planning skills with the ability to execute within tight timeframes and budgets.
  • Capable of multi-tasking and coordinating multiple events simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Excel for budget management.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com for timely activity updates.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Results-driven, passionate, and a good team player.
