About the position

The Field Marketing Manager will lead our Neighborhood Marketing and Shows & Events departments, focusing on face-to-face marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation. This role requires a charismatic and results-driven leader who thrives on building and managing high-performing teams while fostering a fun and engaging marketing culture. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for customer engagement, and a proven ability to drive results in field marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing Neighborhood Marketing team to generate leads through door-to-door engagement.
  • Establish and manage the Shows & Events department, ensuring a captivating and effective presence at various events.
  • Foster a results-driven, energetic team culture that encourages collaboration, motivation, and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the call center leadership team to align field marketing efforts with overall lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Implement and refine strategies to maximize ROI from face-to-face marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and oversee marketing campaigns to boost lead quality and sales opportunities.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for customers during shows, events, and neighborhood marketing activities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with event organizers, retail store partners, and potential customers.
  • Utilize a professional and charismatic approach to generate interest and excitement about our products and services.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to improve lead generation and team productivity.
  • Oversee event logistics, ensuring seamless execution and a strong return on investment.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and industry best practices in all marketing activities.
