About the position

The Field Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the Senior Manager and Manager of Field Marketing by providing strategic marketing and enrollment support to field partners. This position focuses on collaborating with regional and district managers to assess key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead funnels, delivering coaching, and ensuring effective management of marketing actions to enhance enrollment in their designated regions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Manager and Manager of Field Marketing to support field teams and identify improvement opportunities.
• Review key performance indicators with district leaders to identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with other Field Marketing Specialists to develop and maintain standardized processes for field marketing support.
• Provide coaching to ensure effective use of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and marketing tools.
• Implement campaigns to support retention and enrollment growth for new school leadership and remodels.
• Monitor online school reviews and provide feedback to field leaders.
• Communicate and provide updates to field leaders in partnership with the Manager of Field Marketing.
• Utilize the CRM system to compile data and execute marketing campaigns for focus districts.
• Manage existing marketing assets and submit requests for new assets as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales or marketing experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills with both internal and external customers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and adept at utilizing various support tools and technologies.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong project management skills to coordinate marketing events and campaigns.
• Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions.
• Proficient time management and organizational skills to meet established deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
