About the position

At On The Go Help, we're looking for a dynamic Field Marketing Specialist to oversee daily operations and ensure top-notch service and delivery. In this role, you will manage performance metrics, coordinate with different departments, and uphold our high standards. This position offers significant growth opportunities and is perfect for someone who loves both strategy and hands-on work. You will be responsible for leading and training staff, tracking and enhancing team performance metrics, managing deliveries, pickups, and inventory efficiently, and ensuring all activities comply with company policies. Additionally, you will foster a supportive and productive work culture while using your own vehicle for job duties such as delivering packages and on-site visits, with mileage reimbursed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and train staff to excel in their roles.
  • Track and enhance team performance metrics.
  • Manage deliveries, pickups, and inventory efficiently.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies.
  • Foster a supportive and productive work culture.
  • Use your own vehicle for job duties such as delivering packages and on-site visits (mileage reimbursed).
  • Lead our field marketing program in your market.
  • Create and execute plans to boost customer engagement and sales.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of 15 Sales Delivery Couriers (SDCs).
  • Develop creative methods to educate SDCs about our brand and products.
  • Conduct regular spot checks and make improvements.
  • Identify and develop leaders within your team.
  • Develop plans to build brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Implement and oversee unique sampling missions.
  • Work with teams to plan and execute market strategies.
  • Use and train others on reporting tools.
  • Process time sheets and manage payroll.
  • Spend 15-20 hours per week training in the field.
  • Evaluate training data for strategic improvements.
  • Share insights and best practices with your team.
  • Recruit and manage OTG Student Ambassadors to integrate our brand into campus life.
  • Organize and oversee events with the local sales team.
  • Review local event opportunities to reflect our brand.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations management.

  • Proficiency with relevant software and tools.
  • Must have a laptop, cell phone, and strong internet connection.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
  • Availability for regular overtime.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Flexible: This role isn't a typical 9-5.
  • Motivated and able to inspire a team.
  • Charismatic and outgoing personality.
  • Creative, with a track record of innovative ideas.
  • Willing to travel 50-60% of the time.
  • Self-starting and able to manage time.
