Our meticulous data flow mapping enforces robust security policies, preventing data loss throughout the entire SaaS portfolio. We are currently seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to join our team. This individual will be pivotal in managing marketing programs and executing initiatives aligned with the company's go-to-market goals. The Field Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with internal and external teams, taking ownership of key deliverables crucial to the company's success. We're in search of an intellectually curious problem solver who excels at delivering results and thrives in close collaboration with the executive team, external partners, and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate field and channel events, conferences, and trade shows in which Grip participates, coordinating requirements, establishing operational processes, and managing deliverables
  • Manage Grip’s social media and marcom assets, including project management, distribution, and inventory management
  • Effectively communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team, providing necessary instructions
  • Develop landing pages and craft email communications essential for program success
  • Identify and organize sales support materials, ensuring accuracy and initiate the creation of new materials as necessary
  • Manage lead processing to track sales follow-up and evaluate program effectiveness
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with external vendors and venues, ensuring the high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs

Requirements

  • 3+ years of dynamic experience in sales, event planning, or marketing
  • Displays a genuine passion for pursuing a marketing career
  • Exhibits an innate aptitude for enterprise technology and a rapid grasp of new software tools
  • Embodies a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
  • Effortlessly blends hard work, competitiveness, and professionalism while embracing feedback and guidance
  • A collaborative team player, fostering a positive attitude and a keen willingness to work together seamlessly
  • Holds a degree (B.A. or B.S) from an accredited university
  • Must be based in Boston & open to hybrid work
