About the position

The Field Merchandiser role at T-ROC involves working independently to maintain and manage product kiosks for one of the world's largest gaming companies. This position focuses on ensuring kiosks are fully stocked, functional, and visually appealing while providing excellent customer service at various retail locations. The role requires driving a fleet vehicle to support multiple kiosks weekly and involves basic troubleshooting and inventory management.

Responsibilities

  • Driving between local retailers to replenish inventory in kiosks
  • Placing orders for low or out-of-stock inventory
  • Managing product inventory by creating inventory requests using a mobile device
  • Maintaining kiosks and performing basic troubleshooting as needed
  • Reporting any deficiencies with the kiosk or inventory
  • Building strong relationships with retailers during visits
  • Ensuring kiosks are clean, dust-free, and free of defects
  • Loading and transporting inventory from the local warehouse to retailers
  • Maintaining the exterior of kiosks through cleaning, painting, and restoring
  • Securing all company merchandise and ensuring kiosks are properly locked
  • Loading and unloading products from the fleet vehicle, retailers, and warehouse
  • Performing administrative tasks with attention to detail, including logging activities and time worked.

Requirements

  • Attention to detail with multiple products and different selling rates
  • Self-motivated and reliable to schedule visits
  • Flexibility to replenish products based on sales
  • Ability to thrive in a virtual training environment and learn hands-on
  • Strong analytical, organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use a tablet and perform basic data entry
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Relevant field experience preferred, ideally with inventory replenishment/management or basic troubleshooting of kiosks/displays
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be of legal age to rent a car in the assigned jurisdiction
  • Ability to work in a stockroom or warehouse environment with exposure to moving machinery
  • Must be licensed and able to operate a motor vehicle
  • Ability to lift 25 - 50lbs.
