About the position
The Field Merchandiser for Juliska will serve as the brand's representative in department store accounts, focusing on inspiring and motivating store teams to embody the brand culture. This role involves training and coaching on product knowledge, ensuring effective merchandise presentation, and maintaining both back of house and front of house standards. The position is part-time, requiring approximately 40 hours per month, and is essential for building client relationships and enhancing sales performance.
Responsibilities
- Be the voice and face of Juliska in department store accounts.
- Inspire and motivate store teams with the brand culture and experience.
- Train and coach store teams on product knowledge.
- Connect client relationship building with product knowledge and selling floor standards.
- Maintain merchandise presentation of the Juliska brand in key retail partners according to corporate directives.
- Sustain back of house and front of house standards.
Requirements
- Tabletop (dinnerware) merchandising experience required.
- Reside in either the Washington D.C. or Philadelphia area.
