Field Merchandising Analyst

The Field Merchant Team is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Analyst to support our Front Store Merchandising organization. In this role, you will play a critical role in shaping the customer experience across 7,000+ stores with being hyper-focused in select Field Operational Divisions that support a Field Merchant. You will be instrumental in delivering the best DSD products to our customers by leveraging strong analytical skills to evaluate sales trends, identify opportunities and optimize merchandising strategies. You will have the opportunity to identify complex problems and implement solutions driving strategic changes across DSD categories, as well as support larger business unit challenges. You will leverage strong prioritization skills proactively anticipating the DSD market that enables in-stock and financial impacts.

Responsibilities

• Support the Front Store Merchandising organization in shaping customer experience across 7,000+ stores.
• Evaluate sales trends and identify opportunities to optimize merchandising strategies.
• Deliver the best DSD products to customers by leveraging analytical skills.
• Identify complex problems and implement solutions driving strategic changes across DSD categories.
• Support larger business unit challenges and proactively anticipate the DSD market.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-time work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment using design methodologies, including user research, problem definition, prototype development and iteration.
• Previous experience building and delivering leadership-facing presentations and materials.
• 3+ years' experience analyzing and synthesizing data; successfully building reports and dashboards to communicate data trends and forecasts.
• Proven record managing and being accountable for multiple deliverables on staggered deadlines.
• Proven ability to build fast, credible relationships with leaders, peers and clients.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to process data, identify problems, and make effective decisions.
• Proven advanced level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Power BI and Outlook.
