About the position
The Field Network Analyst position at WIVERSE is a temporary, full-time role focused on providing technical support and ensuring technology uptime at revenue-generating locations, particularly during sale days. The analyst will serve as the primary technology contact, addressing technical issues on-site and collaborating with local auction management to maintain operational efficiency. This role is structured as a contractor position with the potential for conversion to a full-time employee after 4-8 months, depending on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technology contact at revenue-generating locations.
- Ensure technology uptime, especially on Sale Days.
- Address and resolve technical issues on-site promptly.
- Collaborate with local auction management to maintain technology functionality.
- Drive to different sites to assist with technical issues as they arise.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in telecommunications and networking.
- Strong people skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
- Experience with desktop hardware/software and mobile devices (iOS/Android).
- Knowledge of wired and wireless networks.
- Familiarity with Office 365.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in local auction management (preferred).
- Willingness to travel up to 50% (preferred).
