Your responsibilities will include tracking installed quantities, forecasting future quantities, and assisting with takeoffs and estimating assignments. Responsibilities

  • Provide support for electrical construction operations.
  • Track installed quantities and forecast future quantities.
  • Assist with takeoffs and estimating assignments.
  • Create as-built drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Manage material submittals.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in construction management, construction engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, engineering technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum overall GPA of 2.7.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to recognize discrepancies.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Must be able to access all points of a construction site in a wide-ranging climates and environments.
  • Highly motivated, with a demonstrated passion for excellence and taking initiative.
  • Strong work ethic, willing to do what it takes to get the job done right the first time.
