About the position

This role provides operational and analytical support for territory leadership to optimize the implementation and performance of territory initiatives. The position requires conducting market research, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights and recommendations related to field operations such as sales performance, agent productivity, customer experience, and market trends to territory and market leadership. The analyst will develop recommendations to improve sales productivity and drive efficiencies, coordinating product rollouts, sales initiatives, communication strategies, technology integration, process optimization, and profitability actions. Additionally, the role involves assisting territory and market leadership with project management, presentation preparation, and communication initiatives. The analyst will support leadership on ad-hoc projects, including problem resolution as assigned, and work across stakeholders to coordinate territory and market meetings, including meeting agendas, communication, logistics, speakers, and content. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and analyze data to provide actionable insights related to field operations.
  • Develop recommendations to improve sales productivity and drive efficiencies.
  • Coordinate product rollouts, sales initiatives, and communication strategies.
  • Assist territory and market leadership with project management and presentation preparation.
  • Support leadership on ad-hoc projects including problem resolution.
  • Coordinate territory and market meetings including agendas, communication, logistics, and content.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in insurance field operations, marketing, or a similar role required.
  • Experience with data analysis preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite, particularly strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to solve problems with minimal direction and take ownership of finding solutions.
  • Goal-oriented team player with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent time management skills and organization & planning skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
