About the position

This role provides operational and analytical support for territory leadership to optimize the implementation and performance of territory initiatives. The Field Operations Analyst will conduct market research, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations related to field operations such as sales performance, agent productivity, customer experience, and market trends to territory and market leadership. This position requires the ability to perform work with limited direction or guidance, ensuring that the analyst can operate independently while still aligning with the overall goals of the organization. In this role, the analyst will develop recommendations to improve sales productivity and drive efficiencies. They will coordinate product rollouts, sales initiatives, communication strategies, technology integration, process optimization, and profitability actions. Additionally, the analyst will assist territory and market leadership with project management, presentation preparation, and communication initiatives. This includes supporting leadership on ad-hoc projects, including problem-resolution as assigned. The Field Operations Analyst will work across stakeholders to coordinate territory and market meetings, which includes managing meeting agendas, communication, logistics, speakers, and content. The role may also involve performing other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team and the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and analyze data to provide actionable insights related to field operations.
  • Develop recommendations to improve sales productivity and drive efficiencies.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in insurance field operations, marketing, or a similar role required.
  • Experience with data analysis preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven analytical skills, particularly in interpreting data to tell a story.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite, especially strong Excel skills and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to solve problems with minimal direction and take ownership of finding solutions.
  • Goal-oriented team player with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent time management skills and organization & planning skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
