About The Position
The Business Intelligence Analyst role at Confluent is a newly created position within the CSGSO Business Analytics team. This role focuses on analyzing business systems data to provide insights into organizational performance, designing operational dashboards, and generating ad hoc reports. The analyst will work closely with the Customer Success Group to ensure data-driven decision-making is integrated into daily operations.
