About The Position
The Business Intelligence Analyst role at Confluent is a newly created position within the Customer Success Group (CSG) Strategy & Operations team. This role focuses on utilizing business systems data to analyze and provide insights into organizational performance. The analyst will design and implement operational dashboards and ad hoc reporting, transforming data into actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
