As a Field Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining effective communication between internal managers, field service managers, and clients, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating daily and weekly maintenance for field crews in designated regions, which is essential for the timely execution of our services. In this role, you will receive, input, and retain all records of Environmental Field Services (EFS) work, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. You will conduct timely reviews of Work Quality Sheets, approving all related data entry to maintain high standards of service quality. Assisting Field Services Managers and field crews in training and tracking Work Quality Sheets will be a key part of your responsibilities, ensuring that they are submitted accurately and on time each day. You will also keep accurate records of proposals for your designated region and ensure that pricing is correct for billing purposes, including fee schedules. Additionally, you will interface with the field to coordinate and confirm client Purchase Orders before work is performed, utilizing NetSuite for client information management and the submittal of Alpha Purchase Orders. This position may also involve other tasks and duties as needed, making it a versatile role within our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain constant communication with internal managers, field service managers, and clients
  • Schedule and coordinate daily/weekly maintenance for the field crews in designated regions
  • Receive, input and retain all records of Environmental Field Services (EFS) work
  • Accurate and timely review of Work Quality Sheets including approvals and all related data entry
  • Assist Field Services Managers and field crews in the training and tracking of Work Quality Sheets to ensure they are accurate and submitted on time on a daily basis
  • Keep accurate records of proposals for designated region
  • Ensure pricing is correct for billing purposes including fee schedules
  • Interface with the field to coordinate and confirm client Purchase Orders are assigned prior to work performed
  • Utilize NetSuite for client information management and the submittal of Alpha Purchase Orders
  • Other tasks and duties may be assigned as needed

Requirements

  • AA/AS degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 year minimum experience working in a multi-tasking administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel and Outlook
  • FieldAware/NetSuite Knowledge is a Plus
