About the position

The Fleet Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of heavy equipment and materials to and from wellsites, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Transport heavy equipment and materials to and from wellsites safely and efficiently.
• Follow all Company and Client HSE policies and procedures.
• Operate the assigned truck in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Manage equipment related to the truck, trailer, and cargo.
• Complete a proper DVIR for each assignment.
• Participate in pre-job safety, JSA, and PAUSE meetings.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Carry out all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CDL Class A license is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with teammates.
• Demonstrated responsibility and reliability.
• Openness to change and new information.
• Ability to adapt behavior and work methods in response to changing conditions.
• Professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior.
• Cooperation with others to accomplish goals.

Nice-to-haves

• Hazmat certification is preferred.
