About the position

As a Field Operations Manager at Via, you will play a crucial role in managing daily operations within the Transit-as-a-Service (TaaS) Operations team. This in-person position requires you to oversee operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive continuous improvement while utilizing innovative technology. You will be responsible for managing driver supply, addressing operational issues, and collaborating with a diverse team to enhance service delivery and growth.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee operations in person during the start of service to meet service standards.
• Manage driver supply to ensure adequate coverage for demand.
• Prioritize operational issues and implement creative solutions.
• Respond to driver feedback and live customer issues.
• Collaborate with a broad interdisciplinary team to scale operational processes.

Requirements

• Experience in stakeholder management.
• Project management experience and creating operational processes.
• Customer service experience.
• Multi-site management experience is a plus.
• Experience in managing a team, including scheduling.

Nice-to-haves

• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
