About the position

The Field Operations Manager at XPEL, Inc. is responsible for overseeing the installation and quality control of XPEL film window tinting and paint protection film in the Tampa area. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can lead a team, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with company standards. The manager will also be involved in training the in-field operations team on new product innovations and maintaining effective communication between administration and installers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure XPEL film window tinting and paint protection film meet the standards.
• Lead by example and participate in installation duties as needed.
• Inventory ordering and monitoring.
• Conduct car counts at dealerships.
• Act as a liaison between admin and installer regarding payroll, end-of-day reporting, warranties, and pricing.
• Perform quality control and monthly audits.
• Manage end-of-day reporting and billing reporting, ensuring compliance for morning billing.
• Conduct audits as required by field operations management or regional managers monthly.
• Add employees at locations and record pay raises.
• Input new hires into software systems.
• Assist in logging warranties and other entries as needed.
• Set up new accounts and manage hotspot administration.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must have a current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make appropriate judgments prioritizing customer service, safety, and time sensitivity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency.
