About The Position
The Field Operations Manager at XPEL, Inc. is responsible for overseeing the installation and quality control of XPEL film window tinting and paint protection film in the Tampa area. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can lead a team, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with company standards. The manager will also be involved in training the in-field operations team on new product innovations and maintaining effective communication between administration and installers.
