About the position

The Field Operations Manager at NITROcrete LLC is responsible for overseeing and coordinating operations in the East Coast region, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, leading installations, maintaining customer relationships, and providing on-site support for concrete temperature control technology. The position requires collaboration with various teams to optimize performance and profitability while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage regional operations for NITROcrete system end users to meet customer satisfaction and company goals.
• Ensure successful installations and upgrades for customers by coordinating resources with the regional team and HQ.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships by understanding and meeting their needs.
• Assist in commissioning new and existing systems, providing customer training and on-site support.
• Plan and support customer pours or large cooling projects, coordinating with quality control and supply planning teams.
• Perform regular visits to customer sites to collect feedback and inspect equipment.
• Oversee routine maintenance to ensure systems remain operational.
• Expedite resolution of customer problems to maximize satisfaction and retention.
• Assist with other operations under Cryogenic Industrial Solutions as needed.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on NITROcrete system operations for customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer operational needs.
• Participate in sales calls and commercial activities as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university with 5-10 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ready-mix or construction experience is strongly preferred.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• TWIC Card and OSHA 30 are preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
