About the position

The Field Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of field technicians who provide cleaning and maintenance services. This role focuses on ensuring efficient project execution, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective leadership and resource management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the team to create a collaborative, results-focused environment.
  • Prioritize and coordinate cleaning and maintenance projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Uphold high-quality service standards, conduct regular inspections, and verify that work meets client and company expectations.
  • Oversee inventory of equipment and supplies to ensure the team has the necessary tools.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure all technicians are trained in safety procedures to comply with regulations.
  • Maintain accurate project records and generate reports to track key performance indicators.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the cleaning or maintenance industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of cleaning processes, equipment, and materials.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems effectively.
  • Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Comfortable with using computer programs for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred.
