Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise field teams to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers and other departments to facilitate smooth operations and resolve any issues that arise.
• Provide training and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
