About The Position
The Operations Manager at Ambia Solar is responsible for maximizing construction efforts and resource efficiency in all construction-related activities. This role involves ensuring timely completion of day-to-day processes and projects, identifying and implementing solutions to complex technical problems, and managing multiple crews. The Operations Manager will work closely with foremen, crews, subcontractors, and corporate leadership to ensure adherence to company SOPs and quality standards while facilitating effective communication between the field and office.
