About the position

The Franchise Operations Specialist at TBC Corporation plays a crucial role in supporting franchisees across the Denver-Kansas region. This position involves close collaboration with Regional Sales Managers and Division Sales and Operations Managers to ensure operational excellence in four key areas: new store openings and transitions, the operational components of the "Tires Now" initiative, driving same store sales growth, and providing comprehensive training to franchisees. The specialist will be responsible for supporting 82 locations, ensuring that each franchisee is equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed in a competitive market. In terms of new store openings, the Franchise Operations Specialist will facilitate integration calls, complete service readiness surveys, and ensure that franchisees are well-prepared for their store openings. This includes introducing and debriefing the NFO In-Store Training Workbook, providing support during the transition, and utilizing a Sales Tracking Tool to monitor store performance for the first 12 weeks. Compliance with Brand NOW standards is also a critical aspect of this role. The operational components of the "Tires Now" initiative will require the specialist to manage inventory effectively, educate franchisees on tire sales processes, and provide training on various technologies and programs that enhance operational efficiency. Driving same store sales will involve identifying high-potential stores, diagnosing operational performance gaps, and developing actionable plans with dealers to improve performance. Overall, the Franchise Operations Specialist is expected to be results-oriented, with a strong focus on driving sales and operational success for franchisees. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to fostering strong relationships with franchise partners.
