Field Operations Supervisor Residential Construction

Requirements
- Experience in residential kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling
- Working knowledge of cabinetry, trim, and finish carpentry
- Ability to read and interpret plans and project scope
- Proven ability to lead and manage field teams
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Reliable and accountable work ethic
- Detailed carpentry/measuring skills
- Candidates must demonstrate reliability, accountability, and a strong work ethic
- A positive attitude and willingness to lead are essential

Responsibilities
- Lead field operations for residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects
- Ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and to company standards
- Serve as the primary leader on-site, setting expectations for quality and productivity
- Supervise and direct installers and subcontractors on-site
- Review project scope and plans prior to execution
- Maintain jobsite organization, cleanliness, and professionalism
- Identify and resolve issues proactively to avoid delays
- Ensure quality standards are consistently met
- Communicate daily with the Project Manager regarding job progress
- Document progress and issues through field reporting tools and software
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure materials are available and ready
