About the position

The Field Package Sales Marketing Agent plays a crucial role in promoting Capital Vacations ownership by traveling to various events and locations. Under general supervision, this position involves setting up and breaking down booths and display materials to engage with potential consumers. The primary goal is to generate leads and sell vacation packages in alignment with company policies and training. This role requires a proactive approach to interact with the public, effectively communicate the benefits of Capital Vacations, and meet sales targets. The agent is responsible for maintaining a thorough understanding of the company's programs, systems, services, and resorts. This knowledge is essential for implementing promotional concepts that not only meet but exceed production goals. The agent must adhere to the company-approved script while also being innovative in their approach to lead generation and sales. This includes targeting specific demographic locations and events that are likely to yield positive results. Additionally, the Field Package Sales Marketing Agent is expected to complete all required company training and compliance courses, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies. The role may also involve performing other related duties as assigned, making it a dynamic position that requires flexibility and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the setup and breakdown of all booth equipment and promotional material
• Travel to various events and locations as assigned
• Maintain a working knowledge of Company programs, systems, services, and resorts
• Implement and rotate promotional concepts to meet and/or exceed production goals
• Adhere to Company approved script
• Meet and exceed production standards for lead generation and sales goals
• Target demographic locations and events that result in lead and sales
• Use innovative and proper techniques and/or protocol brand design
• Complete all required Company training and compliance courses as assigned
• Adhere to Company standards and maintain compliance with all policies and procedures
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of six (6) months of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related field required
• Ability to operate general office machinery (e.g., phone, computer, copy machine, fax machine, 10-key, etc.)
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent customer service skills
• Competent in public speaking
• Ability to take the initiative and effectively adapt to changes
• Able to use sound judgment; work independently, with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance
