About the position

The Field PC Technician role at Capleo Global LLC involves providing on-site technical support for laptops and desktops in the Shawnee Mission, KS area. The technician will be responsible for repairing and maintaining computer hardware and peripherals, ensuring timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Repair laptops and desktops in the metro area.
• Replace hard drives, motherboards, and keyboards as needed.
• Perform whole unit swaps and repair or replace PC peripherals.
• Close service tickets in real time using the company-provided phone.

Requirements

• 1+ years of hands-on experience with laptop and desktop break-fix.
• General knowledge of laptop/desktop hardware and software.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Ability to resolve basic/non-complex problems as directed.
• Must have reliable transportation and car insurance.

Nice-to-haves

• Computer-building background experience preferred.
